Number of common genes found when same platform of ArrayTrack software used for comparison between 3′IVT and exon array. For 3′IVT array differential gene expression fold change obtained with parameters as false detection rate (FDR) <0.001, fold change of ≥2, mean channel intensity (MCI) of 100, bad flag of 5. For exon array differential gene expression fold change obtained with parameters as false detection rate (FDR) of <0.05, mean channel intensity (MCI) of 100, bad flag of 4.
