Genome sequencing of Pseudomonas aeruginosa Efflux Pump Mutants

This project includes genome sequencing data for several Pseudomonas aeruginosa PAO1 mutant strains that were constructed to have deletion mutations in different efflux pump systems, including mexR, mexEF, and mexAB. In addition, we include new sequencing data for a strain that was evolved to grow in the presence of the antibiotic aztreonam and a derivative of this strain with a deletion of the mexAB genes.
