Reference quantitative phase microscopy images of spherical objects

These data serve as reference datasets for the analysis of spherical objects in quantitative phase imaging and are part of the tutorials one through three of the analysis software DryMass [1].

DHM_HL60_cells.zip:
Digital holograms of HL60 cells. Please refer to the readme.txt file inside the zip file for more information. The zip file also contains roi_slices.txt which holds the ROIs of all usable cells for analysis with DryMass.

QLSI_PAA_beads.zip:
Quantitative phase images of polyacrylamide beads. Please refer to the readme.txt file inside the zip file for more information.

QLSR_PAA_beads_modified.h5:
Modified bead images (from QLSI_PAA_beads.zip) to demonstrate background correction capabilities of DryMass. The data are stored in the hdf5-based qpimage [2] file format.
