datasets for 'A distribution-based effect size is more reproducible than hypothesis testing for analyzing high throughput sequencing datasets' . Datasets are input count tables from published work and effect size calculations from the ALDEx2 tool for two different datasets. One is a transcriptome dataset, the other a 16S rRNA gene sequencing dataset. See the paper for sources.<br>
