Dataset for: "Response of Surfactant Stabilized Oil-in-Water Emulsions to the Addition of Particles in an Aqueous Suspension"

This dataset reports the droplet diameter of surfactant stabilized dodecane in water emulsions. Emulsions were stabilized with three different surfactants (Sodium dodecyl sulfate, Cetyltrimetylammonium bromide, and Triton X-100). Silica particles were suspended in solutions by either gentle mixing or vortexed mixing and zeta potentials were measured. Droplet diameters are also included for these solutions.
