This dataset contains SMILES representations of 1200 ionizable lipid molecules, together with their corresponding transfection efficiency data across the Hela cell line and RAW 264.7 cell line. It is utilized for in vitro transfection experiments to assess transfection efficiency, involving a total of 1200 ionizable lipids. Additionally, this dataset has been employed to train the "Molecular Mamba" model and fine-tune the "Molecular 3D Transformer".
