资源简介:
Familial Mediterranean fever (FMF), characterized by periodic fevers and membrane inflammation, is a well-recognized disorder associated with Mediterranean fever (MEFV) gene mutations. The involvement of MEFV mutations in patients with inflammatory bowel disease unclassified (IBDU) remains unclear. Therefore, this study aimed to determine the clinical characteristics and responsiveness to colchicine in Japanese patients with IBDU and MEFV mutations. We analyzed the intestinal microbiota of patients with IBDU and MEFV mutations, those with IBD, and healthy controls.
