Quality-controlled metatranscriptomic sequence data were collected from mixing simulation experiments conducted in the Western Pacific Ocean. Temporal sampling captured microbial community dynamics at three critical phases: initial state (0d), active mixing (1d), and post-mixing stabilization (5d). The sequence data were generated using the NovaSeq 6000 platform with PE150 sequencing.
