Nonductile RC moment frame, nonlinear dynamic analysis, and fragility generation.

The project focuses on seismic risk assessment of nonductile reinforced concrete moment-resisting frames, which are collapse prone. The proposed approach offers some automation without significant loss of accuracy in predicting collapse and other damage states. As such, it can help risk and loss assessment at regional scales, enabling property owners, engineers, and government officials to quickly develop building models and analyze their responses under scenario-based or historical events.
