2. Quantitative recording of consumer habits: The frequency of use of
selected products and brands was collected by the respondent through a
written survey in form of a household diary: places of purchase;
non-alcoholic drinks; sport and vitamin drinks; alcoholic drinks;
brands of wine, champagne; aperitifs; brands of spirits; types of
whisky; brands of rum; brands of vodka; brands of schnapps; liquor
specialties; brands of liqueur; brands of beer; coffee consumption and
preferred brands of coffee; tea consumption; consumption of sweets,
snacks, muesli bars; brands of crisp bread, ready-to-serve meals and
frozen food; brands of health and diet foods; cosmetic articles for
women and men, cosmetic as well as hair care products; sun screen;
cooking fat and salad oils; use of tobacco products and preferred brand
of cigarettes; use of cigarettes; purchases from mail-order and
department stores.
