qPCR Data for Systemic Leaf and Root-to-Shoot Signaling for Col-0 and CNGC Mutants in <i>Arabidopsis thaliana</i>.

Following the wounding of a leaf (n), leaves (n+4) and (n+5) were collected 0 and 40 min later to analysis of <i>JAZ5</i>, <i>JAZ7</i>, and <i>CAMTA3</i> expression for Col-0 and CNGC mutants in <i>Arabidopsis thaliana</i>. Similarly, following root wounding, shoot tissue was collected for Col-0 and CNGC mutants 0 and 40 min later for analysis of <i>JAZ5</i>, <i>JAZ7</i>, and <i>CAMTA3</i> expression. Files with CNGC in the name are systemic leaf signaling and files with R2S in the name are for root-to-shoot signaling. All contain various combinations of the CNGC mutants.
