RREB1 Regulates Neuronal Proteostasis and Microtubule Network Function [RNA-seq]

To establish molecular pathways disrupted by loss of RREB1 in Purkinje cells, RNA-seq was performed on mRNA isolated from Purkinje cells and differential expression analysis was performed. Cerebella from 3 Rpl22fl/+;PCP2-Cre and 4 Rpl22fl/+;PCP2-CRE;nm3888-/- mice were collected.
