Raw data of 16S rDNA sequencing for liver fibrosis

Amygdalus mongolica, a characteristic medicinal plant from Inner Mongolia, whose seeds are used as traditional Chinese medicinal materials. Research has shown that it has anti fibrotic effects and its effects have been demonstrated in biochemical indicators, pathology, and microscopic metabolism. The aim of this study is to explore the potential of Amygdalus mongolica in treating carbon tetrachloride induced liver fibrosis in rats. To this end, we performed high-throughput sequencing on its 16S rDNA region, analyzed the composition and diversity of its gut microbiome, and screened for differential bacteria.
