输入证券ID或证券交易代码，获取证券停牌起始时间、截止时间。也可以根据日期范围查询出在这段时间内持续停牌的证券，例如起始日期、结束日期设置为同一天，可以查询出当天停牌的所有证券。

Input a security ID or securities trading code to retrieve the start and end times of the trading suspension for the target security. You can also query securities that were under trading suspension during a specified date range. For example, setting both the start date and end date to the same day will allow you to obtain all securities suspended on that specific day.
