Abundance_different cats.csv: read-based ARG coverage depth table for different ARG categories. ARGs were annotated by RGI bwt (v6.0.0) to align metagenomic reads against CARD’s canonical reference (v3.2.7) and CARD’s Resistomes &amp; Variants database (v4.0.1) under protein homolog model using default settings. Note the unit is 'coverage depth'.
