RISPpca Dataset

This dataset contains 708 scientific workflows collected from the Galaxy public server (usegalaxy.org), provided as JSON exports with input datasets, ordered module sequences, and tool-state parameter settings. The corpus comprises about 18 modules per workflow on average (12,365 module instances and 11,657 candidate intermediate results in total) and supports research on selective storage and reuse of intermediate workflow results in Scientific Workflow Management Systems. It was used to evaluate RISP_PCA (Recommending Intermediate States from Pipelines with Parameter Configuration Awareness), which classifies configuration parameters by frequency and value variability and recommends which intermediate states to store for future reuse.
