Re-sequencing data about the FUSCC-PCMC breast cancer mutation

Significant advancements in next-generation sequencing technology enable the widespread application of sequencing as a clinical instrument. Using the Fudan-BC panel, we conducted a large-scale prospective clinical sequencing program and exhaustively analyzed the genomic characteristics of Chinese breast cancer. Between 1 April 2018 and 1 June 2021, a total of 4,079 consecutive Chinese patients who were treated at the Department of Breast Surgery at the Fudan University Shanghai Cancer Center (FUSCC) were enrolled in this cohort. This submission included resequencing data for 27 samples.
