Homo sapiens strain:Intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma Exome

Intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (ICC) is a poorly understood biliary malignancy that accounts for estimated 10% to 15% of all primary liver cancers. Current understanding of ICC pathogenesis focused on the prevalence of gene mutations in the well-established oncogenes and tumor suppressors. To gain new insight into the genetic basis of ICC, we performed whole-exome sequencing of paired tumor/normal DNA from 7 untreated ICC patient.
