金属表面电镀镀层厚度检测数据:金属层厚度数据采集使用磁力感应涂层厚度仪配合计算机数据中心处理生成数据集。该数据集可以升级金属表面电镀处理生产环节的工艺,调试质检流程的准确率。金属表面电镀生产时,磁力感应涂层厚度仪检测到的机器原始二进制数据,通过设备主机转码计算后形成数据表并上传到云服务器。云服务终端通过智能云计算对数据做进一步处理,采用智能排序、快速排序,堆栈存储、二次筛选,多模态重组等技术,生成数据流并实时存储到云数据库。

Metal Surface Electroplating Coating Thickness Detection Dataset: This dataset is generated by collecting metal layer thickness data using magnetic induction coating thickness gauges and processing the data via a computer data center. It can optimize the production processes of metal surface electroplating and improve the accuracy of quality inspection process debugging. During metal surface electroplating production, the original binary machine data detected by the magnetic induction coating thickness gauge is transcoded and calculated by the device host to form a data table, which is then uploaded to the cloud server. The cloud service terminal further processes the data through intelligent cloud computing, adopting technologies such as intelligent sorting, quick sort, stack storage, secondary screening and multimodal recombination to generate data streams and store them in the cloud database in real time.
