Santa Barbara Basin benthic foraminifer community composition and environmental proxy data, 34 ka to present

This dataset is associated with the manuscript entitled "Nineteenth-century emergence of a seafloor ecosystem beyond late Quaternary limits" authored by Sara S. Kahanamoku, Ivo A.P. Duijnstee, Ingrid L. Hendy, Richard D. Norris, and Seth Finnegan. The manuscript is currently under review. We provide code (.Rmd format) and associated data files (.csv, .xlsx format) for the analyses reported in the manuscript, along with a rendered code file with plain-text descriptions of analyses undertaken, annotated code, and figure outputs.
