Retinoic acid promotes the in vitro growth, patterning and improves the cellular composition of human pluripotent stem-cell-derived intestinal organoids Overall design: 35-day old human intestinal organoids (HIO) generated from clump were collected for RNA-Seq. analysis. One group of HIO were cultured in basic gut medium with EGF (HIO control) and the other group of HIO were treated with EGF plus retinoic acid (HIO + RA).
