This series is the medical record cards for inmates at Girl's Training Home, Parramatta and Kamballa.The medical record cards detail treatments administered as a result of an inmates medical complaint. The cards provide the following details: name, date of admission, date of birth, when admitted for medical treatment; diagnosis of illness; date of treatment; type of treatment; pathological reports and a remarks column.The cards from 1974 to 1979 often have attached an envelope containing medication charts. The charts outline the name of medication and the administration of that medication. Also contained in the envelopes is a hospital patient identity card and appointment cards with doctors. These cards provide details of the girl's name, address, date of birth and phone number.The cards are in two sequences and are arranged in alphabetical order.
