BasinGraph reproducibility data: official COCO/BBOB, pre-registered CUTEst, MATLAB validation and source data

Overview This record contains the reproducibility materials supporting the BasinGraph study, including official COCO/BBOB observer logs and cocopp post-processing outputs, results and convergence histories for the pre-registered CUTEst benchmark, independent MATLAB validation code and results, figure source data, frozen experimental protocols, software-environment records, and SHA-256 integrity manifests. BasinGraph_COCO_BBOB_final_v1.0.0.zip Official COCO/BBOB observer logs, cocopp outputs, benchmark summaries, frozen source-code snapshots, environment information, and integrity records. 2. BasinGraph_CUTEst_final_v1.0.0.tar.gz Results for 50 pre-registered CUTEst instances, seven optimization algorithms, and 30 paired random seeds, together with convergence histories, statistical analyses, and protocol files. 3. BasinGraph_MATLAB_validation_v1.0.0.tar.gz Independent MATLAB implementation, experiment runners, benchmark definitions, analysis scripts, and MATLAB validation results. 4. BasinGraph_SourceData_protocols_figures_v1.0.0.tar.gz Source Data for manuscript figures, figure-generation scripts, benchmark protocols, processed tables, and reproducibility metadata.
