Data for the paper entitled \"Potential cellular targets of platinum in the freshwater microalgae Chlamydomomas reinhardtii and Nitzschia palea revealed by transcriptomics\"

This dataset includes the measured variables at different sampling times for the exposures of the green alga C. reinhardtii and the diatom N. palea to different Pt concentrations. It covers the culture cell densities, the internalized Pt contents and the output moments (Ct) of PCR amplifications for all genes studied, including the ones for which amplification results were not satisfying.
