This record contains supporting data and analysis materials for the manuscript “Online Prosocial Behavior as a Moderator of the Association Between Artificial Intelligence Dependence and College Students’ Self-Development Ability.” The study used cross-sectional survey data from 746 college students in China to examine the associations among artificial intelligence dependence, perceptual curiosity, creative self-efficacy, online prosocial behavior, and self-development ability. The analyses included correlations, regression models, parallel and serial mediation analyses, moderation analyses, and simple slope analyses.
