scRNAseq of islets extracted from NOD-SCID mice shows no evidence for non-endocrine origin of regenerated beta cells

Single cell RNA sequencing was performed on adult NOD-SCID mice to identify the various cell types in the pancreatic islets of Langerhans Islets were extracted from NOD-SCID pancreata, dissociated into single cells and processed for single cell RNA sequencing using 10x Genomics. Data includes three biological replicates, each represents islets from a single female.本研究对成年NOD-SCID小鼠实施单细胞RNA测序（single cell RNA sequencing），旨在鉴定其朗格汉斯胰岛（pancreatic islets of Langerhans）内的各类细胞类型。实验过程中，研究人员从NOD-SCID小鼠胰腺中分离朗格汉斯胰岛，将其解离为单细胞悬液，并借助10x Genomics平台完成单细胞RNA测序。本数据集包含三个生物学重复，每个重复均取自单只雌性小鼠的胰岛样本。
