Food Matching Task v1.0

Food Matching test v1.0 as used in Gauthier &amp; Fiestan's "Food neophobia predicts visual ability in the recognition of prepared food" (submitted in April 2022). <br> The test consists of 1 practice trial and 60 test trials. The trials are made available as a series of 126 image file, numbered arbitrarily starting at 002. The name of the image file indicates whether the subjects should click to advance the trial (clickable) or, alternatively, if the image is to be displayed for a fixed amount (limit-xxxx). <br> Also in the name of each image file is the correct-answer and whether feedback (correct/incorrect) was provided (first 10 trials). Trial-029 is included as an attention check and should not be used to compute test score. Chance performance on the task is 1/3. <br> These test materials are available free of charge.
