This dataset can be used to reproduce the results from the paper "A Monte Carlo method for tracking dust properties during coagulation in protoplanetary disks", submitted to A&A journal. There are 66 directories in total. Dataset Description: Kernel tests. There are ten directories for each kernel type. There are three different types of kernels: constant, linear, and product. For each type of kernel, we did high and low resolution tests. In total, there are 60 directories. The directory names are "kernel_type_x" and "kernel_type_hrx". Each directory contains different snapshots. File type: .h5 Global simulation tests. There are four directories: global_disk_mcdust, global_disk_X1, global_disk_X2, and global_disk_X3. Only the last snapshot is provided at 10000 years. File type: .h5 Water tests. There are two directories: water and water_mcdust. Each directory contains 500 files.
