[Raw Data] Proteomics analysis (DIA, PRM)

This dataset was generated in a study where the impact of 3 tobacco alkaloids (nicotine, anatabine, and anabasine) was assessed for potential modulatory activity on mitochondrial bioenergetics in mice.
nAChR expression was measured by targeted mass spectrometry (PRM) of mitochondria isolated from mouse brain tissue, while subcellular localization markers were quantified by using a global quantitative proteomics approach (DIA).
This dataset includes single measurements for each sample. DIA values are log2 transformed relative quantitative values.
