Combinatorial gene regulation by modulation of relative pulse timing

We performed RNAseq with Saccharomyces cerevisiae cells under both transient and steady-state conditions to study the regulation of genes by two pulsatile transcription factors, Msn2 and Mig1本研究针对酿酒酵母（Saccharomyces cerevisiae）细胞，在瞬时与稳态两种条件下开展RNA测序（RNA-seq）实验，以探究两种脉冲式转录因子Msn2与Mig1对基因的调控作用。
