Diet of Green Crabs in New England Estuaries using Metagenomic Techniques. European green crab (Carcinus maenas) gut

The Gulf of Maine region, and New England Estuaries in general, are unfortunately facing consequences of climate change, including warmer waters. With warmer waters, green crab populations will increase so investigating how they interact with other organisms is important. This study accounts for diet analysis of green crabs in Maine, New Hampshire, and Massachusetts.
