针对西南地区磷化工、锰冶金、铝冶炼等特色产业产生的磷石膏、锰渣、赤泥固废特征数据不完善、不系统的现状,项目以西南地区化工冶金特色产生所产生的磷石膏、锰渣、赤泥等典型固体废物为研究对象,通过现场取样、电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(ICP-MS)、X射线荧光光谱仪(波长色散型)和激光粒度分析仪等精密仪器按照每种渣的成分测试标准,系统表征磷石膏、锰渣、赤泥的物化性质,形成区域内三种固废的特征统计,建立多维度磷石膏、锰渣及赤泥固废特征数据库。该数据库记录了三种固废的化学组成、金属元素分析、物理特征和溶出液成分分析等约1万个数据点,实现了跨平台,多用户,多并发数的远程数据录入,具备分类别查询、修改、删除和提交等功能,以达到数据的高效录入和安全可靠的系统管理。该数据库将西南地区磷化工、锰冶金、铝冶炼等特色产业产生的典型磷石膏、锰渣、赤泥的基本数据集成到数据库中,具备易管理,易使用,高安全性,方便数据交流使用特点,可为开展磷石膏、锰渣和赤泥的固废特征研究、生态环境影响、固体废物污染防治和资源化综合利用提供基础数据保障和支撑。数据集有259条数据,数据量124KB。

To address the issue of incomplete and unsystematic characteristic data of solid wastes including phosphogypsum, manganese slag and red mud generated by characteristic industries such as phosphorus chemical industry, manganese metallurgy and aluminum smelting in southwest China, the project takes typical solid wastes such as phosphogypsum, manganese slag and red mud generated by characteristic chemical and metallurgical industries in southwest China as the research object. Using on-site sampling and precise instruments including inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS), wavelength-dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometer and laser particle size analyzer in accordance with the composition test standards for each type of slag, the project systematically characterizes the physicochemical properties of phosphogypsum, manganese slag and red mud, carries out characteristic statistics for the three types of solid wastes in the region, and establishes a multi-dimensional characteristic database for phosphogypsum, manganese slag and red mud solid wastes. This database records approximately 10,000 data points covering chemical composition, metal element analysis, physical characteristics and leachate composition analysis of the three solid wastes. It supports cross-platform, multi-user and high-concurrency remote data entry, and is equipped with functions including category-based query, modification, deletion and submission, to achieve efficient data entry and safe, reliable system management. This database integrates the basic data of typical phosphogypsum, manganese slag and red mud generated by characteristic industries such as phosphorus chemical industry, manganese metallurgy and aluminum smelting in southwest China. It features easy management, ease of use, high security and convenient data exchange and utilization, and can provide basic data support for research on solid waste characteristics, ecological environment impact, solid waste pollution prevention and control and comprehensive resource utilization of phosphogypsum, manganese slag and red mud. The dataset contains 259 records with a total size of 124 KB.
