This dataset is developed by collecting and analyzing customer demand and consumption-related data for electronic jacquard machines in the Shaoxing region. Its objectives include: figuring out the demand volume, purchasing power and consumption preferences of customers for electronic jacquard machines, evaluating the market popularity of the product, providing references for all enterprises in the relevant industry to formulate production strategies, and delivering personalized products and services to users more effectively. Additionally, it assists enterprises in gaining a deeper understanding of their customers: for high-tier customers, enterprises can communicate with them 1 to 2 times per month; for mid-tier customers, 1 to 2 times per quarter; and for low-tier customers, 1 to 2 times every six months, so as to develop more precise production and marketing strategies. 1. Data Collection: Collect daily transaction data related to customers' demand for electronic jacquard machines. 2. Data Processing: Classify, merge and accumulate the collected data to facilitate subsequent analysis work. 3. Algorithm Processing: Conduct demand analysis on the processed data using the following formula: P = {a1(minimum single-order quantity)/b1(minimum single-order consumption amount) + a2(maximum single-order quantity)/b2(maximum single-order consumption amount) + a3(average order quantity)/b3(average order consumption amount)} × k Where k is the consumption coefficient that varies across different regions. Based on empirical values, the k value for Shaoxing is set to 0.7. 4. Data Classification and Grading: Divide customers into high-tier, mid-tier and low-tier categories and levels based on the calculated demand score: - Customers with a score above 0.1 are marked as "high-tier"; - Customers with a score between 0.05 and 0.1 are marked as "mid-tier"; - Customers with a score below 0.05 are marked as "low-tier".
