Genome-wide identification of gene regulatory networks for murine cardiac conduction system Focusing on the primary pacemaker (Sino-Atrial Node(SAN)) of the heart, we used Shox2-KI-Cre mouse line to perform cellular analysis of SAN tissue. Utilizing this SAN-specific mouse model, we performed Single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-Seq) on neonatal (P4) Shox2-Cre/+; R26 tdTomato/+ mice to guide our single-cell atlas of the SAN.
小鼠心脏传导系统全基因组基因调控网络鉴定。本研究以心脏核心起搏器官——窦房结(Sino-Atrial Node,SAN)为研究重点,采用Shox2-KI-Cre小鼠品系对窦房结组织开展细胞水平分析。依托这一窦房结特异性小鼠模型,我们对新生(出生后第4天,P4)的Shox2-Cre/+;R26-tdTomato/+小鼠进行单细胞RNA测序(scRNA-Seq),以此构建窦房结单细胞转录组图谱。
