该数据集适用于刀具在生产过程中的在线检测和过程巡检管理。通过对不同检测批次和检测机台的结果统计分析，可发现某一型号刀具在特定工艺节点（如刃部检测）下的异常趋势，及时预警潜在质量问题。同时，结合作业单号和标准编号可追溯不合格产品的来源工序和责任批次，为质量改进和责任划分提供数据依据。此外，长期积累的检测记录还可用于过程能力分析（如合格率趋势、机台异常频率）、质量管理评估与生产决策支持。

This dataset is designed for online inspection and in-process patrol management of cutting tools during production. Through statistical analysis of results from different inspection batches and testing stations, abnormal trends of a specific cutting tool model at certain process nodes (e.g., cutting edge inspection) can be identified, enabling timely early warning of potential quality issues. Meanwhile, combined with work order numbers and standard numbers, the source processes and responsible batches of non-conforming products can be traced, providing data evidence for quality improvement and responsibility allocation. In addition, long-term accumulated inspection records can also be used for process capability analysis (e.g., pass rate trends, abnormal frequency of testing stations), quality management assessment, and production decision support.
