Trichodesmium erythraeum IMS101 Raw sequence reads

1) Trichodesmium erythraeum IMS101 cultures have been grown semi-continuously in Aquil medium devoid of fixed nitrogen for 4 years at both low CO2 (380 ppm) and high CO2 (750 ppm), respectively, totaling 2 treatments. 2) For two weeks, the 380 cell lines were switched to 750 ppm and vice versa, which added 2 more treatments bringing it to a total of 4 treatments. 3) At the end of the two weeks, Trichodesmium IMS101 cultures were filtered onto 5 um filters and RNA and sampled midday from 380 ppm CO2 cultures, 750 ppm CO2 cultures, the switch cultures from 380 to 750, and the switch cultures from 750 to 380. 4) There were 6 replicates for each treatment in which we sequenced 3 out of 6, and so the following replicate numbers derive from this count. There are 3 biological replicates for 380 ppm labeled 380-4, 380-5, 380-6. There are 3 biological replicates for the 750 ppm 750-1, 750-2, and 750-5. There are 3 biological replicates for the 380 to 750, 380-750-4 and 380-750-5, and 380-750-6. And there are 3 biological replicates for the 750 to 380, 750-380-1, 750-380-2, and 750-380-5. 5) All libraries are Illumina Hi-Seq Fastq files of 50 base pair reads single end that have been quality trimmed with minimum quality 20 and minimum read length 35
