We performed genome-wide transcriptional profiling of ZBTB16+ ILC precursors from the BM and the lungs in the newborn mice. An unsupervised analysis revealed a differential abundance of transcripts linked to growth factor signaling and chemotaxis in pulmonary ZBTB16+ ILC precursors.
