Survey questions measuring the offshore safety culture

This survey was created to assess the offshore safety culture in an organization. The survey included “draft” toolkit questions and constructive feedback from staff in an offshore platform and supporting staff on the shoreside. Aspects of safety culture from leadership to communications to employee empowerment were factors included in this survey. The survey was mainly conducted though a survey website although some participants completed the survey offline with an excel spreadsheet. Evaluation of survey question results was not performed for this study.
