Efficacy of steroids in the treatment of retinal detachment with choroidal detachment: Analysis by proteomics

This study aims to utilize DIA-based proteomics technology to observe the effects of preoperative steroid interventions on the vitreous proteome in retinal detachment with choroidal detachment （RRDCD） patients. Gaining a deeper understanding of the changes in vitreous humor proteins following steroid-assisted therapy could offer valuable insights. Associating the proteomic profile of RRDCD with its clinical characteristics may provide new perspectives on the underlying mechanisms of the disease.
