Internal Communication in the Administration of Hordaland County, 1994

The survey was a part of a master thesis at the Institutt for massekommunikasjon, University of Bergen. The aim of the questionnaire was to find out what role the company paper played in the organization culture, and how the employees used and read the paper. It was investigated in connection with background variables. A postal questionnaire among every 7th person on the pay roll of the Administration of Hordaland County was sent out. Gross sample was 1964, net sample was 599.
