In our hospital, a nosocomial outbreak of CRKP was first reported in 2013, and KPC-2-producing CRKP ST11 was the main pathogen of the transmission . To further characterize the nosocomial transmission and genomic characteristics of this high-risk clone, all the KPC-2-producing CRKP ST11 isolated from respiratory departments were collected from 2010 to 2018, and were analyzed for their genomic characteristics.
