The kinetics of red sea ream iridovirus (RSIV) and the host gene expression in the spleen were investigated during the infection in rock bream Oplegnathus Fasciatus, a species highly sensitive to the virus. The tissue sample was isolated on 3 and 5 days post-injection, and transcriptomic analysis was performed.
