Data and R scripts for analyzing vegetation dynamics in newly established wildflower patches over five years of succession

This repository contains data and R scripts used to investigate vegetation dynamics in newly established wildflower patches in agricultural landscapes over five years of succession. The dataset includes species-level and aggregated data, and scripts for GLMM, GAMM, and NMDS analyses. All scripts are designed to be reproducible with R version 4.4.2 and the packages listed in README.txt. This dataset will become publicly available after the manuscript is published.
