This dataset contains the input files, scripts, and supporting data used for data assimilation experiments with the DSSAT-CERES-Wheat model in winter wheat. It includes files for synthetic experiments, real-data calibration, and pixel-scale yield map generation based on Sentinel-2-derived biophysical variables, including leaf area index (LAI), aboveground biomass, and canopy nitrogen content. The dataset is intended to support reproducibility of the workflow presented in the associated study on crop-model data assimilation for wheat yield prediction and yield mapping.
