We explored the whole expression profiles of transcriptome included miRNA, circRNA, lncRNA and mRNA in 5 pairs of LSCC and matched non-LSCC tissues by microarray The LSCC-related competing endogenous RNA (ceRNA) networks were constructed based on these microarray data. We simultaneously detected the expression profiles of the whole transcriptome, including miRNA, circRNA and lncRNA+mRNA, in five paired laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC)and matched non-carcinoma tissues by microarrays. The lncRNA-miRNA-mRNA and circRNA-miRNA-mRNA ceRNA network were constructed using both physical interactions and expression correlations. When cirRNAs in the circRNA-miRNA-mRNA ceRNET and lncRNAs in the lncRNA-miRNA-mRNA ceRNET shared the same miRNA-mRNA interactions, these pairs were retained to construct the circRNA-lncRNA co-regulated ceRNA network.
