We create a new dataset, Industrial-5i, for the problem of k-shot image segmentation. Industrial-5i is based on common industrial datasets such as MVTE-AD , KolektorSDD , Magnetic Tile Defect , RSDDs , and BSData, with a total of 20 products. Each product consists of a positive sample set without defects and a negative sample set with defects. Each negative sample has a pixel-level labeled binary mask.
