This repository contains the numerical simulation data and scripts used to generate the figures in the manuscript: "Beyond Single-Shot Fidelity: Chernoff-Based Throughput Optimization in Superconducting Qubit Readout." The dataset includes parameter sweeps and derived quantities used to evaluate the Chernoff information, certification time, and readout score distributions for dispersive transmon readout. The simulations implement a trajectory-based model of the measurement process including cavity ring-up dynamics and stochastic T1 relaxation events that produce asymmetric score distributions. The repository includes: • Numerical data used to generate the main manuscript figures• Parameter sweep outputs for photon number, integration time, and overhead• Scripts used to compute Chernoff information and certification time metrics• Plotting scripts used to reproduce the figures The data are provided to support reproducibility of the results reported in the associated publication.
