Wind, wave and tide data on the Hasaki coast in Japan from 1991 to 1999

This dataset contains wind, wave and tide data measured or estimated at 2-hour intervals on the Hasaki coast in Japan from 1991 to 1999.

From left to right, the variables are year, month, day, time, the measured wind velocity and direction, the astronomical tide, the measured significant wave height and period and the estimated mean wave direction.

The significant wave height and period were measured by the Ports and Harbours Bureau, Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism of the Japanese Government and analyzed by the Port and Airport Research Institute.
