Gene expression profile of oligodendrocyte lineage cells isolated from lateral striatum 2 weeks after transient middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) in postnatal day 10 (p10) mice

Oligodendrocytes are key to normal developmental myelination after birth, and for myelin repair. We used scRNA seq to evaluate gene expresison changes in oligodendrocytes in a mouse model of full term neoanatl arterial ischemic stroke. Male C57/BL6 Mice underwent 60 minutes of MCAO on p10, followed by 2 weeks of reperfusion. Oligodendrocyte lineage cells were isolated from lateral striatum using FACS sorting for cells expresing A2B5 and/or O4 surface antigens.
