The immunohistochemical and Western blotting experimental findings regarding the key gene protein alterations in the kidneys of rats following deep hypothermic circulatory arrest

After deep hypothermic circulatory arrest in rats, the expression levels of genes in the kidneys may undergo significant alterations. We identified these altered genes through mRNA sequencing and subsequently validated the changes in protein levels through experimental methods. An HK-2 cell model of deep hypothermic circulatory arrest was established, and alterations in the expression levels of differential genes between the experimental and control groups were compared via immunofluorescence assay.
